All services, mailbox subscriptions, storage upgrades, AI-Powered Intelligence features, and MCP integrations are delivered electronically over the internet and confirmed directly via email.

2. How Our Service is Delivered Online

Upon completing your registration or payment on Nivi Email, your service is provisioned and delivered digitally through the following steps:

• Instant Order Confirmation: Immediately after payment verification, a payment receipt and GST invoice are sent to your registered administrative email address.
• Account Activation & Credentials by Email: Your Nivi Email administrator console login link, temporary credentials, and DNS configuration instructions (MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records) are delivered online to your registered email address.
• Online Dashboard Access: You can immediately sign in to your webmail and admin portal online to create mailboxes, allocate storage (5GB, 10GB, 30GB, or 50GB), and configure AI/MCP tools.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Cloud Plans (Starter, Business, Premium, Enterprise): Provisioned instantly (within 2 to 15 minutes) of successful payment confirmation. Welcome emails with login details are dispatched automatically.
• Custom Enterprise Setups & Assisted Migrations: If your order includes custom domain migration assistance or dedicated IP provisioning, initial dashboard access is delivered immediately by email, and dedicated engineering setup is completed within 4 to 24 hours.

4. Non-Receipt of Activation Email

If you do not receive your welcome or activation email within 15 minutes of completing your purchase:

• Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder in case the automated provisioning email was filtered by your current provider.
• Verify that the email address entered during checkout was spelled correctly.

Because Nivi Email is delivered digitally online via email and web portal access, there are ₹0 (zero) shipping, handling, or courier charges on any subscription plan.
